Be prepared for profound changes, new obligations and new responsibilities!

On the 5th of May 2017, after five years of intensive coordination between EU Council and EU Parliament, two new regulations have been published in the Official Jurney of EU (Regulation 2017/745/EC and 2017/746/EC) in the field of medical devices and IVD. The regulations entered into force on the 26th May 2017. Beginning of their implementation is after a certain transitional period, however due to deep and demanding changes one should acquaint with them and start with preparations to operate in accordance at their earliest convenience.

New legislation will affect work organization, resources and priority decisions of business entities.

Numerous participants of our first seminar about new medical devices legislation, held in February this year, have asked for a repetition of the seminar in a shorter version, suitable for wider range of their co-workers that will have to be involved into implementation of required changes. Hereby, kindly invited to participate at one-day seminar on new medical devices regulation that will cover all relevant changes that should affect business entities in the area of medical devices (manufacturers, authorized representatives, importers, distributors, CAs …).
